Breaded Clam Strips are our most popular processed clam product. They are made exclusively from the tongue of the Atlantic Surf Clam. The clams are shucked, washed and sliced into strips. We offer three different sizes: Standard Strips are sliced 3/32” thick, Beer Battered Strips are sliced ¼” thick and our Super Surfer Strips are sliced at a ½” thickness. Breaded clam strips have been a quick, profitable seafood staple for many years and remain popular among all ages.
