Sheffield Wednesday couldn't hold on to their lead against Stoke last week and they can't do it today either.
Sammie Szmodics makes it 31 goals for the season with a cool finish beyond James Beadle with the Owls defence caught out by a ball over the top.

That's a chip off the block, the kind of thing Dean would have done. Very clever. He's finished with aplomb.

The away side have been right on it since the first whistle today and they take an early lead.
Rovers goalkeeper Aynsley Pears comes way out of his area to deal with a long ball over the top but his header is straight to a Wednesday player and they move the ball to Josh Windass who lobs home a beautiful first time finish from 30+ yards.
Superb.
The Owls out of the relegation zone as it stands.

The battle to avoid relegation from the Championship looks like going right to the wire.
Sheffield Wednesday have spent virtually the whole season in the bottom three but could they haul themselves out just when it matters most?
