Description (Brief):
This accordion was made by Anthony Faas in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1856. It is rectangular-shaped with a single bellows, 9 bass keys, and 19 treble keys. This accordion was submitted to the U. S. Patent Office by Anthony Faas and assigned Patent #15,511, dated August 12, 1856, for his patent for improvements in accordions.
