Stanford Pre-Collegiate Summer Institutes is a summer academic enrichment program that provides intellectually curious students currently in grades 8–11 with intensive study in a single course.
Explore Your Passions. Stanford Pre-Collegiate Summer Institutes provides a taste of the Stanford classroom experience, and challenges students with advanced content not typically found in the high-school curriculum.
Single-Subject Study
Choose from 60 summer courses that provide in-depth and interactive exploration of academic material. Courses are ungraded and are not awarded credit.

Bright peers from around the world create a truly special and unforgettable experience. Study and discuss academic topics alongside peers who share the same interests.
Live Online Classes
With small class sizes, our online classes allow students to engage in every aspect of a course through real-time discussions in which instructors and students see, hear, and interact with one another.

Stanford Pre-Collegiate Summer Institutes seeks to not only provide enriching academic experiences, but also to facilitate engaging learning communities that foster critical thinking, promote personal growth, and inspire lifelong learning outside of the classroom. Our online program incorporates a robust student life component to complement the academic coursework of the program.
Cost and Session Information
We seek intellectually curious students, currently in grades 8–11, with a passion for learning, and a record of achievement inside and outside the classroom. Admission is selective.

Tuition: $3,050
Limited financial aid is available. Financial aid is granted based upon demonstrated financial need. Students who wish to be considered for both partial and full financial aid awards should submit a complete online financial aid application and all required income documentation (see our website for details).
