You can use your roaming data allowance whenever you're abroad. However, it's only valid within the preferred partner networks.
You need to have an active international roaming service in order to start using your plan`s roaming data allowance. To check your roaming service status, just SMS "Roaming" to 5102.

Does my plan include international roaming services?
No. You will need to activate roaming services.
Standard roaming: For the first 3 months, a refundable deposit of AED 2,000 is required. Otherwise, you can sign up for auto-payments.
UAE nationals: Roaming is available by default and no deposit is required. You'll need to call 155 to activate.
What if I ran out of data?
